Pak Sporting humbles Islamabad FC in Meridian A Division League
Pak Sporting Club defeated Islamabad Football Club by 3-0 in the Islamabad Meridian-A Division League at G-8/4 ground, Islamabad.
Pak Sporting Club in a one sided match defeated Islamabad FC by 3-0. All the three goals were scored in the first half of the match. Imran, Manzoor Shah and Adeel netted the ball once for Pak Sporting Club but none of the team could post any goal in the second half of the match.
Islamabad FC players tried hard to reduce the goal margin but goalkeeper of Pak Sporting club provided a spectacular job as he stopped many goal attempts from Islamabad FC and could not allow them to post any goal.
Pak Sporting club’s Coach Jaffer Ali and Manager Imtiaz Hussain applauded the efforts of their team to win and hoped to continue winning momentum in the coming matches. Pak Sporting will play their fourth league match against Gangal tomorrow.
It is to be mention here that 12 teams are participating in the league which are divided into two groups. 2 teams each from both the groups will get through to the semifinal of the league. Semifinals to be played on Saturday 7th April while final of the league will be played on Sunday 8th April.
