Ijaz claims title of Pakistan Day Tenpin Bowling Challenge
Ijaz Ur Rehman wins the Men’s event while Shazia Nayyar takes the women title of Pakistan Day Tenpin Bowling Challenge at Leisure City bowling club, Islamabad.
Leisure City bowling club organized two day Pakistan Day Tenpin Bowling Challenge under the supervision of Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation at Leisure City bowling Islamabad. The tournament was played in two categories of Master Singles and Women singles.
On the last day of the event, Final of master singles was played between Ijaz ur Rehman, Saleem Baig, Saqib Shahzad and Afzal Akhtar. Each player had two games in the final where National champion Ijar ur Rehman clinched the title with a massive score of 360 with an average of 180 while Saqib Shahzad secured second position with the total of 345 with 172.5 average and Afzal Akhtar ended on third with 324 score.
In the women’s event, Shazia Nayyer won the title with 235 scored she scored in two games while Rukhsana with 197 score takes second position and Rozina Ali with total 171 score in two games remains third.
Cash prizes and trophies were distributed among the winners and runner-ups at the end of competition.
