Sherof FC sails through Leisure Leagues National Championship
Sherof football club qualified for the Leisure Leagues National Football Championship as it thrashed Super Afghan in the Quetta’s Leisure Leagues Intra-City summit clash at Spini Football Ground in Quetta.
Eight teams participated in the Leisure Leagues Season I in Quetta where every team played two matches against each other. On both past occasions, Super Afghan outplayed Sherof FC during the league stage.
In the final match once again Sherof FC had to face the challenge of Super Afghans to qualify for the national level of the league but this time, all the arsenals of Sherof FC were ready to assault against rivals in the all important final where they registered a thumping victory by 9-4 courtesy hat-tricks from Kashif Baloch, Shahrukh and Aurangzaib. Sanaullah scored a hat-trick while Amir Khan netted the ball once for Super Afghan.
Leisure Leagues National Football Championship is scheduled to be start in April 2018 where the champions of eight cities will fight for the top spot.
