Sethi upbeat to take half PSL home in 2019
Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board Najam Sethi is optimistic to hold half of the PSL matches in Pakistan next year.
Talking to media men Sethi said PSL is name of a brand now and I along with my team are positive to hold half of the PSL’s matches in Pakistan next year Inshallah. He said, this is not the event of Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or Multan but it belongs to the people of Pakistan and they must own and protect it as a “National Asset”.
He also informed media about the preparations to hold the final match of PSL-3 in Karachi. He said, “I can assure that final of the PSL-3 will be played in Karachi and we got a go-ahead from ICC for the final”.
Replying about the final Sethi was opined that final match between Karachi and Lahore is what the "people want to watch" but Allah knows better whatever will happen in future.
