Malik Zeeshan, Sheikh Rehan clinches Mr And Junior Mr Punjab titles
Malik Zeeshan seals the title of Mr. Punjab in the national level body building competition while Sheikh Rehan declared junior Punjab Bodybuilding Champion.
Mr & Junior Mr Punjab 2018 bodybuilding championship was organized by Pakistan Amateur Bodybuilding Association. Body building teams from Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Jhelum, Gujranwala, and Chakwal participated in the competition in which more than 100 body builders across the country participated in two days mega event held at Islamabad.
Punjab’s Sheikh Rehan performed brilliantly as he won the Abdul Ahaad memorial event. Overall the Lahore secured first spot with 67 points while Rawalpindi 57 points and stood second.
In the class senior A, Zeeshan Malik secured first position while Malik Imran secured the second spot and Aftab Ahmed stood third. In class senior B Ghulam Rasool secured first position while Asfand Ali Yar stood second spot and Asfand Khan seals third position. In class C Mohammad Asif secured first spot while Raja Saad Aftab secured second and Zohaib Hassan stood third. Muhammad Usman, Sana ullah and Mohammad Iqbal respectively got fourth, fifth and sixth position.In Junior Class A ,Harris Aslam showed outclass performance as he secured first spot while Farzand Ali secured second position and Zain Rajput stood third.In junior class B, Sheikh Arsalan secured first position while Awais Manzoor stood second and Osama Nawaz Bloch secured third spot.

Chief Organizer Pakistan Amateur Bodybuilding Association and international Bodybuilder Ahmad Sadiq graced the ceremony as chief guest while Chairman Mix Martial Arts, and CEO Raja Martial Arts and Fitness Gym, Grand Master Shihan Raja Khalid, International Bodybuilders Sakhawat Ali, Sheikh Saeed, Abdul Raouf Dogar, Haji Faisal Aslam, Muhammad Ramzan, Aftab Ahmed,Asghar Ali Mubarak, Malik Muhammad Maqood were also present at prize distribution ceremony .The position holders was awarded the champion trophy and cash prizes.
Pakistani bodybuilders will participate in following events:
1. Mr. World’s competition -October in Italy
2. World bodybuilding championship- Manila Philippine
3. Mr. Universal competition -December UAE.
During the Mr. Punjab and Junior Mr. Punjab former renowned national and international body builder like Ahmed Sadiq, Mr.Asia Syead Muhammad ,Ehasan Mehmood and Aghar ali Mubarak performed their duty as competition judges.
