Peshawar Zalmi launches kit for PSL3

A large number of crowed has attended the launch ceremony where Zalmi players were also present along with “Asian Bradman Zaheer Abbas” Chairman Peshawar Zalmi Javed Afridi, Chairman PCB Najam Sethi, Former Chairman PCB Shahryar Khan, team management and young cancer patients of Shaukat Khanum Hospital.

Chairman Zalmi Javed Afridi in his speech welcomes the crowed and paid his gratitude to all the players and guests for attending the ceremony. He also applauded the efforts done by PCB that brought back the smiles to the faces of Pakistani nation through PSL.

Javed Afridi also announced to take 15 cancer patients of Shaukat Khanum Hospital along with the team for HBL PSL. It is pertinent to mention here that Peshawar Zalmi took 150 students of Army Public School (APS) to UAE to witness the league in PSL season 2.

Chairman PCB, Najam Sethi praised the efforts of all franchisees for being the helping hand to revive international in Pakistan. Sethi also said that PCB is trying hard to host international teams but it may take a couple of years to bring back international cricket in Pakistan completely.

During the ceremony, Actress Mahira Khan and Actor Hamza Ali Abbasi were named as Zalmi ambassadors for the PSL third edition. The franchise also revealed its latest anthem ‘Hum Zalmi’, performed by Call Band.
