Ali Mujtaba Bukhari qualifies for Malaysian squash tour 1 main round
Syed Ali Mujtaba Shah Bukhari thrashes Malaysian Yee Xian to qualify for the main round of Malaysian squash tour 1 main round played at Seri Menanti, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.
Ali Mujtaba enters in the main round of $5000 Malaysian tour no-1 tournament after defeating local player by 3-1. Ali Bukhari downs his opponent by 1-11, 11-8, 11-8, 11-7 in the final of qualifying round. Ali lost the first game without fight but then he never looked back and won the next three successive games to win the match.
Bukhari will now face tournaments fourth seed Malaysian player Valentino Bong in the main round of the tournament. Ali Mujtaba Bukhari outplayed Ahmad Al Mudhaf from Kuwait 11-7, 11-9, 11-4 in the first qualifying round.
It is pertinent to be mention here that tournaments seventh seed Asim Khan and unseeded Zahir Shah are the two other Pakistanis are already in the main round. Asim to play against unseeded Malaysian Ryan Pasqual while Zahir Shah via against French second seeded Geoffrey Demont in the main round today.
