National Men, Women boxing championship in January 2017
Pakistan Boxing Federation to hold 36th edition of Men and 1st ever Women National Boxing Championship from 15th to 20th January 2018 at WAPDA Sports Complex, Lahore.
All the affiliated teams and unites with Pakistan Boxing Federation including the provincial and departmental teams will participate in the 6 days event while holding of inaugural edition of the women championship will be a history making moment in Country’s sports as women boxers will be seen in action first time in the ring.
Men will participate in 10 different categories while women will be showing in 3 categories. Only Provincial Boxing Associations including Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Sindh, Islamabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, FATA and Gilgit Baltistan are eligible to participate in the Women Championship
The event will provide the new talent and also help to nourish and groom local players to be the part of National team and to complete at international level and it also provide.
