Rashid Malik clinches another title in ITF Seniors World Ranking tennis Championship
Rashid Malik wins Men’s singles title of 45 plus category after beating Jehanzeb Khan in straight set by 6-1, 6-3 in 32 ITF Seniors World Ranking tennis Championship at Bigh-e-Jinnah tennis court Lahore.
Heroic of Rasheed Malik continues as he won another title of Men singles 45 plus category against Jahanzeb Khan in straight sets by 6-1,6-3. This was his third title. The match was lasted for one hour 20 minutes.
In Men’s double final of 60 plus category, duo of Asad Niaz and Khawaja Khurram thrashed Rao Iftikhar and Rai Zahid in a well contested 3 set match by 6-3, 3-6, 10-6. Asad Niaz and Khawaja Khurram won the 1st set easily by 6-3 but in the second set Rao Iftikhar and Rai Zahid came from behind and won the 2nd set with the same score 6-3. In the 3rd set, Asad and Khurram in super tie break match won by 10-6 and won the final match.
Mr.Amir Jan Secretary Punjab and Diector General Pakistan Sports Board was the Chief Guest and distributed the prizes among the winners and Runners. 13 events were player in this championship.
