Mehmood's Taekwondo Academy is a school of Martial Arts & Self Defence which proudly serves children, teens and adults by providing the best Taekwondo program in Islamabad.
The Academy helps parents to raise their children confident leaders, boost their self-esteem, feel healthy, and get in great physical shape. The academy also provides qualified taekwondo instructors for home training and jym and schools.
Black Belt 5th Dan, Mehmood Shah is a head coach & President of Mehmood's Taekwondo Academy.
Training Days: Monday-Friday.
Club Timings: 5:00 PM To 6:00 PM
