Asif Bachani of Hyderabad and Parbat Kumar of Karachi gotten their rooms in the main draw of the Hyderabad Gymkhana Pakistan Day Tennis Championship at Hyderabad Gymkhana, Karachi.
Hyderabad Gymkhana Pakistan Day Men's Tennis Championship 2021
Hyderabad Gymkhana under the auspices of Sindh Tennis Association is organizing the Hyderabad Gymkhana Pakistan Day Men's Tennis Championship 2021 from 19th March till 23rd March at Hyderabad Gymkhana, Karachi.
Events to be contested is the Men’s singles and Men’s doubles.
Following top ranking players have confirmed their entries: Aqeel Khan, Muzammil Murtaza, Shehzad Khan, Mudassir Murtaza, Ahmed Chudhary and Muhammad Abid have confirmed their participation.
The men’s singles draws comprise of 16 places while men’s double consists of 8 places.
For entries interested players should contact Khalid Rehmani, secretary, STA, till 15th March.
Free accommodation will be provided to all the participating players during the championship.
The event carries an enchanting prize money of Rs. 200,000/-.
As per decision of organizing committee of Hyderabad Gymkhana Pakistan Day Tennis Championships, 13 players shall be accepted as direct entry on the basis of current PTF men's Singles Ranking.
If any ranked player is not entering, the next ranked player shall be eligible.
There will be one wild card for sponsor and two places shall be filled through open qualifying rounds.
Any player applying for qualifying rounds shall not be entitled to boarding/ Lodging and travelling, but those two (if out station) qualify will be entitled to all benefits which are offered for main draw out station players.
Seven pairs shall be directly accepted for Doubles Main draw from amongst the singles directly accepted / Qualified players, and one wild card player will join the remaining player to complete the eight pair draws.
